Standards of Ethical Conduct |
The coach shall not be obligated to, and will not
1) procure or attempt to procure employment, business or
sales for the client
2) perform accounting services, business consulting, tax
advising or investment counseling
3) act as a therapist, provide psychological counseling,

I understand that within the coaching relationship if the Coach
concludes that my personal situation can better be suited by a
mental health professional or social worker, it will be made known
to me to seek counsel from these professionals. The coaching
relationship may end and unused monies returned to me.
I understand that my Coaching services may include values and
communication style clarification, brainstorming, goal setting,
identifying plans of action, sharing educational information, asking
clarifying questions, making empowering requests and holding the
client accountable for commitments. I understand that Coaching will
focus on my individual life and how it relates to goal setting,
outcome creation and personal change management.
As a client, I understand that coaching is not advice giving and
agree that I am fully responsible for my well being during, after
and between my coaching calls. I am responsible for any and all
choices and decisions I make. I am under my own direction to secure
my well being during and after the coaching relationship.
The coach promises the client that all information shared with the
coach will be kept strictly confidential.
